Zumos is running a 70-day wellbeing programme. It is completely free and includes daily challenges written specifically for the current Coronavirus crisis, as well as supporting young people with any stress, anxiety and worry they are having.
There are expert daily practical techniques to help individuals and family groups.
On their website there are also daily "How to be happy" recordings that anyone can access.
There are some Mindfulness techniques teaching you how to relax, breathe properly and develop mindfulness skills. The benefits of these activities include: increased calmness; relaxation; focus; reflection and a reduction in stress and anxiety. It is recommended that these should be listened to at least once a day for 10 minutes (20 minutes twice a day is ideal), however anything that you can manage might help.
There is also a 28-day anger management programme that might be of interest to some of our families.
We have attached the link below, however Zumos can be found by simply accessing an internet search engine such as Google and then typing in Zumos.
